What people ask us.
Do my customers need to create an account?
No. With public access they take part without an account. You can also require a passwordless magic-link sign-in, or sign them in automatically from your application with custom SSO.
How many end users can I have?
As many as you like, on every plan, including the free one. pealHQ never charges for the number of customers who vote.
How do I avoid duplicates?
While customers type, the portal suggests similar requests. On your side, you can merge two requests without losing votes or comments (Starter plan).
Can I import my requests from another tool?
Yes, with a CSV import that brings requests, customers, comments and votes, with a preview before you confirm. For an assisted migration from another tool, write to us.
