Where each item stands
“Under review”, “Planned”, “In progress”, “Shipped” or the names you choose: each column says where the work is.
A public roadmap built from your customers’ requests. Each column groups your statuses: when a request moves on, the roadmap updates and everyone following it is notified.

For your customers
“Under review”, “Planned”, “In progress”, “Shipped” or the names you choose: each column says where the work is.
Every card shows its vote count. Customers can see they’re not the only ones waiting.
Customers can follow an item without voting for it. Every status change reaches them, in the portal and by email.
Every card leads to the full request: description, screenshots, votes and discussion.
Where’s my request? The answer is already on the roadmap, up to date, without going through support.
The roadmap follows your workspace’s language, like the rest of the portal and the emails.
For followers
When a request changes status, the people who voted for it or follow it are notified by email and in the portal. Everyone manages their own notification preferences.
For your team
Name your statuses, pick their colours and put each one in a category: under review, planned, in progress, shipped…
In settings, create the public roadmap columns and map one or more statuses to each. A status mapped to no column stays off the roadmap.
Change a request’s status and it moves to the right column, with nothing else to do. With the Linear integration, the issue’s progress moves it for you (Pro plan).
Voters and followers are notified of the status change. Once the request ships, a changelog draft is waiting for you.
Sharing your roadmap with customers doesn’t mean showing it to everyone. You choose who can read it, and you can change your mind at any time.
It lives on your portal, on your pealHQ subdomain, and takes on your identity.
Your roadmap isn’t one more document to keep up to date. It shows the requests from your feedback portal with their votes, and links back to the discussion. When priorities change, there’s nothing to copy over.
Frequently asked questions
Yes, as long as your portal isn’t private: the roadmap can be read without an account and every request has a link you can share. With a private portal, only signed-in people can see it.
Yes. The roadmap only shows the statuses mapped to its columns: a request whose status is mapped to no column doesn’t appear on it. Archived requests don’t appear either.
No. It reflects each request’s status. Change a status in pealHQ, or let the Linear integration do it as the issue moves forward (Pro plan).
No, and it isn’t meant to. The public roadmap shows customers what happens to their requests. Detailed planning stays in your usual tool; if that’s Linear, pealHQ keeps the statuses in sync (Pro plan).
Yes. The free plan includes the portal, the roadmap and the changelog, with unlimited end users. Paid plans start at €19 per month excl. VAT.
