Customer votes
Customers suggest and vote on a portal in your colours. You know how many are waiting on an issue before you plan it.
Linear is built for the people who build the product. pealHQ is its public face: a Linear feedback portal where customers vote, a public roadmap and a changelog, linked to your issues with statuses synced both ways.

Linear’s public face
Customers suggest and vote on a portal in your colours. You know how many are waiting on an issue before you plan it.
From triage, create a Linear issue from a request or link an existing one.
A change in Linear updates the portal through a webhook. A change in pealHQ updates Linear.
As the issue moves, the request changes status, and so column, on your public roadmap.
When the issue is completed, the status change notifies every voter, in the portal and by email.
A completed issue prepares a draft announcement for your changelog. All that’s left is to review and publish.
Setup
Enter a Linear API key, choose the team and add the webhook secret.
Match your Linear states to your pealHQ statuses. Several Linear states can lead to the same status.
From triage, create an issue from a request or link it to an existing one.
Statuses flow both ways. If a sync conflict comes up, it’s listed for you to settle.
pealHQ doesn’t replace Linear or ask you to change how you work. Your issues and planning stay in Linear; pealHQ shows customers what comes out of them.
Customers see the request, its status, its votes and the discussion. They never get access to your Linear workspace.
A request lands in triage. You link it to an issue. The issue moves forward in Linear, the request moves forward on the roadmap. The issue is completed: voters are notified and a changelog draft is waiting for you.
Frequently asked questions

The integration is available from the Pro plan. During the 14-day trial, your workspace gets the Pro plan, so you can try it before subscribing, with no credit card.
