Do prices include VAT?
No. Prices are shown in euros, excluding VAT. Applicable VAT is calculated at checkout from your country and VAT number. pealHQ is for businesses.
Do you charge per end user?
Never. Tens or thousands of your customers can vote and comment: your plan’s price stays the same.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your portal moves to the free plan automatically, without losing any data. You can subscribe to a paid plan whenever you like from the billing settings.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Yes, at any time from the billing portal, with monthly or annual billing. Billed annually, Starter costs the equivalent of €15 per month and Pro €40.
What does “Coming soon” mean?
These features are announced on the plan shown but not available yet. You are never charged for them before they ship.
How do I pay?
Online, through a secure Stripe checkout. Invoices are available in the billing portal.
