What is a feedback portal?
An online space where your customers suggest improvements, vote for other people’s ideas and follow their progress. pealHQ adds a public roadmap and a changelog to announce what ships.
Is pealHQ really free?
Yes. The Free plan has no time limit and includes one portal, unlimited end users, the roadmap and the changelog. Paid plans start at €19 per month, excluding VAT.
What happens when the trial ends?
Every new portal gets 14 days of the Pro plan, with no credit card. When the trial ends it moves to the free plan automatically, unless you choose a paid plan. You keep all your data.
How does the Linear integration work?
From triage, you create a Linear issue from a request or link it to an existing issue. Statuses sync both ways, and a completed issue prepares a changelog draft (Pro plan).
Do my customers need an account?
No. You choose the access: public with no account, passwordless magic-link sign-in, or SSO from your application so your users arrive already signed in.
Can I migrate from another tool?
Yes. The CSV import brings your requests, customers, comments and votes, with a preview before you confirm. For an assisted migration from Canny, Supahub or another tool, write to us.
Where is the data hosted?
In the European Union: pealHQ is hosted by Laravel Cloud in Frankfurt, Germany. It is published by LDSR Ventures, a French company based in Caen.
Is the portal available in French?
Yes. Each workspace picks its language, English or French: the portal, the emails sent to your customers and the changelog widget follow it.
