How does a migration from Supahub work?
It is assisted. The pealHQ team converts your data to the CSV import format, then you check the preview before confirming. Requests, customers, comments and votes are carried over. How much does pealHQ cost?
The free plan has no time limit. The first paid plan costs €15/month excl. VAT billed annually, or €19 billed monthly. Admins are unlimited on paid plans, end users on every plan.
How does the Linear sync work?
You map each pealHQ status to one or more Linear states. When an issue changes state in Linear, the linked request changes status on the portal, and the other way round; conflicts are sent to you for review. A completed issue prepares a changelog draft. Pro plan.
Can my users sign in with SSO?
Yes, on the Pro plan: your application signs a JWT and your users arrive on the portal already signed in. They can also take part without an account with public access, or sign in with a passwordless magic link.
Does pealHQ offer a custom domain?
Not yet: custom domains are coming soon. Today the portal is served on your pealHQ subdomain (for example acme.pealhq.com), with your logo and colours (Starter plan).
